In the lead up to the Molokai Ocean race, today was the dreaded 50km Ocean paddle from Woy Woy to Rose Bay. 7 Sydney Harbour Surf Club paddlers range in speeds and abilities, so today with the help of our support boat we all worked together to ensure we all returned home safely. Well done Team!
