With it being winter I wanted to see where my fitness is at, so yesterday I completed my own version of the Coolangatta Gold short course (10.5km surf ski, 2km swim, 3km board paddle & 5km run) in 2 hours 18 mins, then today I completed my own version of the Gloucester Mountain Main challenge (22km hilly mountain bike, 10km kayak & 10km hilly run) in 2 hours 50 mins. Now it’s time to sit back and have a beer!
